Current delivery lead times are approx. 3-5 working days. Lead time however may vary depending on stock*, your location and the delivery schedule at time of ordering.

*Please note Stock availability has been adversely affected due to production delays and demand due to COVID-19. Particular items such as Treated Timber and Roof tiles are currently greatest affected. As Stock availability is currently a fast moving and constantly changing situation, our website won’t always be able to show accurate stock information.

Should items be out of stock, you will be contacted and offered an alternative option or given a new proposed delivery date, you will of course be given the opportunity to cancel all or part of your order at this time.

We are operating Contact free delivery for safety:

• All deliveries will be to kerb-side only with your advice note / receipt taped to pallet / goods.
• Any goods that would originally be deemed a two-man lift will instead be on a pallet and crane-offloaded.
• No signature required as all transactions must be contactless. Instead our driver will print your name on the ticket, date and time the delivery, and sign himself.
