UK Distance Selling Regulations, stipulates you may return your purchase for any reason within 14 days, this must be at your own cost and as long as the item is still unused, unopened and in new condition you will be issued a full refund.

Note - you will receive a refund for the cost of the goods and NOT the cost of delivery back to us. 

If you have signed for your goods and taken no further action within the 14 day time frame, we will treat the purchase as complete, any subsequent claim to return the goods will be at our discretion to honour, and we reserve the right to issue a refund or not.

A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 working days at the latest.

Damaged Goods
For damaged goods, you must not sign for the item and instead refuse. When a delivery is refused, we will receive the item back and investigate.

If an item is signed for and subsequently found to be damaged, we will not be able to claim as damaged in Transit. Any action taken by us after delivery is signed for and subsequently found to be damaged, will be at our own discretion.
