20mm Ballast - Sand/Gravel Mix

20mm Ballast - Sand/Gravel Mix is a mixture of our 20mm washed gravel and concrete sand. Ideally used to make a stronger mix for concrete. The workability of the concrete will depend on the amount of sand and water used. When mixed into concrete this 20mm ballast has many uses including laying the foundations of garden walls, conservatories and sheds.

Colour of the ballast and weight of the bags may vary due to the moisture contained.
With our best intentions we aim to have the 20mm gravel used within the ballast to be 20mm, occasionally due to the nature of the product, there may be a piece of gravel slightly larger or smaller in size to that described.
NOTE: this product only mixed by bagging, further mixing may be required on site.
